For the first time, Chadra Mezza participated in this year’s Big Taste of Fort Worth benefitting Big Brothers Big Sisters and received an award for Best Culinary Presentation. We shared our newest entree: Mahloube, cinnamon rice layered with eggplant and sirloin steak topped with roasted nuts and raisins. It was served with a side of fresh tabouli. We are so thankful for this award.
We had a great time fundraising for Big Bro/Big Sis. We can’t wait until next year.
